Facilities

KNRC has been consistently striving to provide all necessary facilities for the academic excellence and progress of students. Recently it has moved to the sprawling Convergence Centre of the MG University that consists of all modern facilities including multiple high-speed lifts for the use of students and the faculty. KNRC is housed in the sixth floor of the Convergence Centre

The Convergence Centre: KNRC is housed in the Sixth Floor

• Class rooms, library and seminar hall are spacious with modern ergonomic furniture and electronic/electrical equipment.
• The state-of-the-art Computer Lab consists of 20 computers which are loaded with most of the advanced software for Statistical /Econometric data analysis.
• The Smart Class Room is equipped with a ‘small throw projector’ and other multimedia ICT devices for video conferencing.
• All Class Rooms are having LCD projectors and high-speed internet connectivity.
• Students can access the rich library resources like e-books and e-journals subscribed by the University General Library from the Computer Lab.
• KNRC has its own well-stocked library consisting of hundreds of reference texts and an eight-volume Encyclopedia of Economics (The Palgrave Dictionary). We subscribe to five dailies, and a number of journals in Economics.
• There is a spacious and well-furnished Seminar Hall.
• Students have access to other required facilities like health club and spacious playground maintained by the MG University.
• We encourage the conduct of cultural shows especially on festive occasions like Onam, Ramzan and Christmas.
